Welcome to Cypress Apartment, a delightful and generously sized accommodation that comfortably sleeps eight. Situated on the top floor of a two-storey building, this charming apartment boasts its own private entrance and is just a short stroll from the main beach.

Indulge in the stunning 180-degree ocean vistas from our expansive balcony. It’s the perfect spot to unwind around a large table, shielded by an ample umbrella. Savour a delightful braai prepared on the gas barbecue or enjoy a mesmerising sundowner as the day fades into evening.

The apartment’s heart is its spacious living area, which includes a cosy lounge, a kitchen with a breakfast counter, and a dining area. It’s an ideal space for both relaxation and socialising.

Cypress Apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for a large family comprising of a MAXIMUM of 4 adults MAXIMUM and 4 children up to 12 only.

While the ground floor is occupied by the friendly owner, rest assured that your privacy is paramount. You’ll enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed stay.

Things to Know

Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.

Check in Times

Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
