About the House

Located in William Avenue just 400 meters from the main swimming beach, you will find this large family beach house with lots of space to entertain and relax. Sit upstairs on the balcony and watch the ocean in the distance or play a game of pool. An indoor braai and bar area makes this house a gem for entertaining. Downstairs is a large kitchen and sitting room with a fire place. A double garage is available for safe parking. a Minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Downstairs:
A large kitchen diner with electric stove and oven, a fridge and a breakfast nook
Sitting room and dining room with enough seating for 8 people.
Indoor fire place
A box freezer in garage is provided
A washing machine in the court yard is available
A portable braai can be used on the lawn at the back

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite bath, basin and toilet and dressing room
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with shower, basin and toilet adjacent

A spiral staircase with children’s gate connects the downstairs with the upper level

Upstairs:
Large open plan entertaining area with bar, indoor braai, pool table and seating. A day bed around the corner provides a safe haven to read.
Glass doors open onto the balcony with a picnic table with views to False Bay and Hangklip mountain

The Location

Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.
Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
