Joan’s Sea Cottage is a rustic and laid back self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of Pringle Bay. This is a great option for a family with no airs and graces who want a getaway and just relax. The house is within close proximity to the beach and village with all the shops and quirky restaurants. A pool, wood fired hot tub (n water levies apply) and a games room makes this the perfect getaway!

This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over a multiple floor layout. The first bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and an shares a bathroom with a shower, with the family bedroom containing a double bed and 2 single beds. These rooms are on the 2nd floor and are reachable with a steep staircase.

The 1st floor also features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a cosy lounge space on the ground floor with comfy seating which opens onto the patio area and pool area. This space also has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

This dining space has a built-in braai which is great for the winter. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. The garage is not available for cars as it is used as the games area with a table tennis table. No toddlers are allowed as there are 2 stair cases and is not suitable for small children. Prepaid meters are for the account of the tenants.
