A lovely beach house where the spirit of the ocean takes over and wipes away all your troubles making your stay a memorable one…

There could not be a better description for this remarkable spacious house with carefully chosen furniture, sweeping views of the ocean and a light and airy feel all around you. Two fire places make it a cozy break in the winter too. A plunge pool on the deck complete the picture of this gem of a house. An invertor during loadshedding is the latest addition which makes life so much easier.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, drier and open plan diner. Fireplace in open plan dining room with sliding doors opening onto deck with sea views. A Cosy second sitting room with fire place and shutter doors opening onto sunroom with sea views.

Bedroom 1: Twin room with en-suite bath and shower room . Glass sliding doors opening onto deck with plunge pool

UPSTAIRS :
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bath, shower & toilet. This bedroom is an open loft room and looks down onto the lounge area.

Portable braai available on stoep.
Duvet inners, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are provided.
Linen and towels provided
Beach towels are not provided please bring your own

The Location

Pringle Bay, Western Cape, South Africa
Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.
Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
