About the House

This house has it all. Situated literally around the corner from the main beach in Pringle Bay, the views from the house are spectacular. A viewing deck from the roof gives a full view of Pringle Bay and on a clear day the backdrop of Table Mountain is visible.

Ocean view is a brand new double storey holiday home with high quality finishes that tick all the boxes. From sea views to spacious bedrooms, large entertaining areas, a fully fitted kitchen and scullery, fire place, indoor braai, beautiful teak stair case and large viewing decks.

Bedroom 1: King bedroom with en-suite bath, shower & toilet, lots of cupboard space, television and sliding doors opening onto the deck with sea views.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric stove and oven, scullery with dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Indoor braai, fireplace and open plan lounge diner with huge doors opening onto deck with sea views.

The Location

Pringle Bay, Western Cape, South Africa
Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.
Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
