On the first floor the well-equipped, open plan kitchen has all the essential small appliances, 2 fridge/freezers, a Smeg oven, gas hob, dishwasher, generous kitchen island and plenty of prep space. The kitchen leads onto a comfortable lounge with tv and wood burning stove, and a large dining area, indoor braai and bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony. There are four spacious bedrooms promising comfort and serenity. While downstairs (connected to upstairs through garage or separate entrance) the games room is equipped with a large comfortable sofa, a huge TV, Netflix, Amazon, Disney TV and a coffee bar. A separate family sized bedroom leads off this area through two double barn doors. A Queen bed and two bunk beds are available to accommodate various sleeping arrangements ( sleep 6 in total).
