About the House

This stunning house on the beach spells only two things: location and luxury! It caters for breaks in winter and summer with a balcony upstairs that can either be opened or closed according to the weather changing.

The views are unspoiled from almost every room in the house and a large kitchen upstairs and a smaller one downstairs provide the utmost for entertaining. Take the chance for a getaway or a film shoot – you will not want to leave!

The Location

Pringle Bay, Western Cape, South Africa
Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.
Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
