Sandveld is a family friendly home with a huge fenced garden located in Flat Rd in Pringle Bay. Within a short walking distance to the beach and lovely mountain views, this is a gem for families who want to be away from it all.

Bedroom 2, 3 & Dormitary room share bathroom with shower, toilet & basin.
Large open plan kitchen diner with sitting room, fire place and separate scullery

Shower room with toilet and basin on stoep outside by braai.
DSTV available at R 40 per day OR bring own decoder & card.
1 Garage available and 3 mountain bikes at own risk.
Duvet inners, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are provided.
Linen not provided, if you do not want to bring your own linen you can rent from us at R 80 per bed
Towels are not provided, these can also be rented at R 60 per set of towels (hand and bath).
Beach towels are not provided please bring your own.
*Please Note: Where DSTV is available, you are advised to bring your OWN DECODER and CARD as your card may not be compatible with the decoder supplied by the owner.

The Location

Baytown takes a minimum of a 2 nights stay and a minimum of a 3 nights stay during long weekends. During December and January we take a minimum of 10 nights stay. In Season rates are for December and January as well as all long weekends and school holidays. Out of Season rates apply during all other times. A breakage deposit of 20% or R 1 000 (which-ever is the greater) is payable in addition to the total rental to secure the booking. Any accommodation booked that sleeps 8 adults or more are subject to a 50% breakage deposit. Electricity to the amount of R150 is provided. If more is required top up is available at the local superette which is payable by the holiday maker.
Arrival times are between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, but please advise us if your arrival will be after 5.00pm. Departure time is 9:30 am, financial penalties apply for late departure unless prior arrangement has been made and extra payment received.
